What is a Digital Twin?

Just your address to start. We use it to pull your floor plan and imagery; you can also add or correct a floor plan and photos.

What do I need to provide to build my twin?

We use your address to source your floor plan and imagery, then AI and automated tools reconstruct your rooms to scale.

How do you build my twin from just my address?

Most Digital Twins are delivered within a few days of your request.

How long does it take to get my Digital Twin?

Yes — you can upload or correct your floor plan. Doing so makes your corrections your responsibility for accuracy.

Can I upload or correct my floor plan?

You can enter your dimensions manually or upload a floor plan, then confirm the correct unit.

What if you can't find my address or floor plan?

Creating your twin

We build to your room dimensions so pieces reflect real-world scale, but accuracy depends on the source floor plan — always confirm final measurements before buying.

How accurate is my Digital Twin?

No — renderings are illustrative, not exact. For true color, finish, and specs, the product's own page is the source of truth.

Are the renderings exact?

Accuracy & limitations

Yes — we may decline a request, e.g. when the inputs aren't enough for a good result. If we decline before delivery, you aren't charged (or we refund the fee…

Can my Digital Twin request be declined?

Editing features aren't guaranteed forever — we may freeze or limit edits on a space at any time. Your fee covers creating your twin, not unlimited changes.

Will my Digital Twin always be editable?

No — Digital Twins are hosted on InHouse and aren't exportable. There are no downloadable model or source files.

Can I download or export my Digital Twin?

Yes — continued access to a Digital Twin requires an active, paid account in good standing.

Do I need an active account to access my twin?
