We build your twin to your room dimensions, so the pieces you place are meant to reflect real-world scale and fit as shown. Your twin starts from a floor plan of your space — often pulled from your address or other sources — so its accuracy depends on that underlying floor plan, which can occasionally be outdated or off. InHouse isn't responsible for inaccurate source floor plans.
Before you buy or install, treat visualizations as design aids and estimates:
Review your twin against your real rooms.
Confirm final measurements and clearances with a tape measure for anything tight (doorways, hallways, nooks).
Check product specs on each item's product page for exact dimensions.
Spot something off in the twin itself? Tell us and we'll revise it until it's right — that's our remedy (we revise, we don't issue cash refunds on the twin fee). See "Can I get a refund on my Digital Twin or design fee?"
