To start, all we need is your address — we use it to find your floor plan and reference imagery for your unit. Behind the scenes, a good twin comes from a floor plan plus photos of your space.
You don't have to provide anything beyond your address, but you can improve the result:
Upload or correct a floor plan if the one we find isn't right.
Add photos of your rooms for more accurate detail.
Enter dimensions manually if we can't locate your unit.
Clearer inputs make for a more accurate twin. When you provide or correct the floor plan yourself, the accuracy of those corrections is your responsibility — so double-check measurements. See "Can I upload or correct my floor plan?"
