Email support with your order number and photos. Defective items are handled through the manufacturer's warranty, and we'll help you get it sorted.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is processing with the brand, changes may not be possible, but we'll do what we can.

Can I cancel or change an order?

A confirmation email means we received your order, not that the item is guaranteed in stock. We may cancel and refund, offer a backorder/substitute, or confirm a corrected price before…

What if an item is out of stock or the price changed?

Twin and design fees are non-refundable once delivered. If your design isn't right, we revise it until it works; a request declined before delivery isn't charged.
