How do I create an account?

Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and follow the email link. If it doesn't arrive, check spam or contact us.

How do I reset my password?

Update notification preferences in account settings, or use the manage-preferences link in any marketing email. Service messages about your account and orders are always sent.

How do I manage email and text preferences?

Request deletion in account settings where available, or email privacy@tryinhouse.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." Deletion is permanent.

How do I delete my account or my data?

We use your info to run and improve the service. We don't sell your personal information for money, and you can opt out of "sharing" for ads anytime.

How is my data used? Do you sell it?

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, and your floor plan and photos are used to build and improve your designs.

Is my home information secure?

Yes — we use AI and automated tools to build twins, source floor plans and imagery, create visualizations, and match recommendations. Always check a product's own page for final specs.
