My space or twin isn't loading — what should I try?

Recommendations appear once your space is twinned and you've set preferences. Set or update your preferences to refresh them.

Why don't I see my recommendations yet?

Getting help

Not yet — there's no rewards or points program available right now. It's something we may add in the future.

Does InHouse have a rewards or loyalty program?

Not at this time. If that changes we'll announce it; reach out and we'll point you to whatever's currently available.

Do you offer gift cards or a referral program?

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA and are improving accessibility across our sites and app. If you hit a barrier, contact us and we'll help directly.
